Courtyard By Marriott Paramus Hotel

The Courtyard in Paramus exceeded our expectations with its beautiful and clean facilities. The spacious rooms with comfortable beds and fresh linens were perfect for our family. The pull-out dining table provided ample seating for everyone. The bathroom was clean with excellent water pressure and refreshing toiletries. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is well maintained and offers great value for the cost. The blackout curtains made the room perfectly dark, and the air conditioning worked like a dream.

The renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, and despite being located near two highways, I didn't have any issues with noise. It was a great stay. I loved staff and location, which were VERY GOOD. The hotel room was reasonably large on floor 3. And the lighting was natural.

The breakfast is great, with plenty of options to choose from. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and well-stocked. There is plenty of available parking, and the hotel offers many on-site facilities to take advantage of, such as an on-site bistro and cafe. Despite being close to a busy highway, the rooms are quiet and comfortable.

The noise level from neighboring guest rooms can be somewhat distracting at times.

The friendly front desk staff ensures a warm welcome and efficient service. The complimentary water and other little extras are appreciated. Plus, the bistro offers some delicious options, especially in the evening with Uhmut and in the morning with Kevin. The exceptional service truly makes this hotel stand out.

The breakfast, which was made to order, was delicious and served in very generous portions. I also appreciated that the hotel accommodated our request for connecting rooms, as we were traveling with children and grandchildren. The view from our room was a pleasant surprise, with lush greenery instead of concrete.

Check, in process was inconvenient and time, consuming. Manager refused to accept a passport as identification and insisted on a driver's license, causing a delay of almost 2 hours.
